</In 2016 Haarslev Industries will become #1 in food rendering in the world. A new CEO will also be appointed from this new owner: former Meyn CEO Han Defauwes. But the originally Danish company is struggling with a problem: due to the many acquisitions of rendering companies, the organization is divided worldwide. In many countries the locations do not identify with the Danish company. So it was time for renewal, Han thought and called in boo! to help.

Problem
</Haarslev asks boo! to carry out a thorough investigation into the internal organization (international), the market opportunities, and to create a proposition for this from a brand new. Everything is allowed, except the name. But even there we have formed an opinion… what does ‘Industries’ actually say?

Solution
Based on interviews and research at the various locations in different countries, market analyses and trends, we issued a strategic advice based on 12 focus points, which laid the foundation for the new positioning and brand.

Result
In less than a year, boo! from its headquarters in Denmark has launched an international brand in which the propositions for different target groups and markets from an international player have been rock-solid.
